Write a brief bio:
My husband and I are raising 3 grandchildren; Two girls 13 and 16 and a boy almost 20. I have six grandchildren all together; three boys and three girls ranging in age from 13 to 21. I love them to death and am so proud of them. I graduated from Duluth Central with a class of 365 & we just had our 50th reunion. I have been married 48 years. Wow! Am I old or what?

Family Information:
I have a brother in AZ at present. Parents on both sides of our family are deceased as is my sister and all of my parent’s family.

What was your first car?
1954 Ford, dark green

Do you prefer skim or 2% milk?
Skim or 1%

What is your favorite thing to do on a rainy day?
Read…in front of a fireplace (which unfortunately we don’t have).

What are your favorite bands?
I don’t know any. Is Mercy Me one? If so..that one.

What are some of your hobbies?
Sewing, reading & entertaining.

Did you have a nickname in elementary school? How did that come about?
Judy Pie or Jud… How did that come about? My girlfriends.

Do you prefer tea or coffee or Mountain Dew?
Coffee (and tea occasionally, especially iced sun tea in the summer and spiced tea in the winter.)

What is your favorite time of day?
Mornings, especially early morning when I’m up all alone to do my devotions or read (with a cup of coffee).

If you were not in ministry, what would you be doing right now?
I don’t know. I love what I’m doing and I can’t imagine doing anything else.

Your favorite spot in the Twin Cities area?
Anyplace by water.

What is your favorite vegetable?
Scalloped corn or anything. I love vegetables (except lima beans).

How did you come to know Christ?
At the age of 12 my mother took me with her to a revival meeting. I accepted Christ that night.

What is your favorite Bible verse?
Romans 8:38-39 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons,[a] neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Anything else that people should know about you?
Nothing that they would find interesting. I took tap and ballet dance lessons from the age of 2 to 17 and dramatic lessons for about 12 years. I love drama.
